SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY

At Lemonslice, we currently offer local delivery within Melbourne and customer pickup from our home-based kitchen.

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • Delivery is available to selected suburbs within Melbourne, Victoria.
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Delivery dates and time windows are selected during checkout, subject to availability.
  • Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • Once an order has been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for the product passes to the customer.
  • We are not responsible for damage or spoilage if the order is left unattended or if incorrect delivery information is provided.

PICKUP

  • Pickup is available by appointment only from our registered home-based kitchen in Greenvale, Victoria.
  • The exact pickup address and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
  • Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the agreed pickup window.
  • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

MISSED DELIVERIES OR PICKUPS

  • If no one is available to receive a delivery, or if an order is not collected at the agreed time, additional delivery or storage fees may apply.
  • We are not responsible for any deterioration in product quality resulting from delayed collection or acceptance.

ORDER CHANGES

Any changes to delivery or pickup details must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We do not offer interstate or postal shipping at this time. Our products are available for local delivery and pickup only.
