RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lemonslice we take great care in preparing each product to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

RETURNS

Due to health and food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they have been delivered or collected.

REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, such as:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The order does not meet the agreed specifications

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos along with a description of the issue.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit
  • A replacement product

Any refund or compensation will be provided only after review and mutual agreement with the customer.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
