How to Place a Custom Order

1. Complete the enquiry form below with your event details.
2. We'll confirm availability and discuss your design, flavour, and sizing.
3. A deposit is required to secure your order date.

What We Need to Know

• Occasion — Birthday, corporate event, function, or other
• Event date — Please allow at least 2–4 weeks lead time
• Number of guests / serves
• Cake flavour — e.g. vanilla, chocolate, lemon, red velvet
• Filling & frosting — e.g. buttercream, ganache, cream cheese
• Design & theme — colours, style, any inspiration images
• Inscription or message — name, age, company name, etc.
• Dietary requirements — gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, etc.
• Pickup or Melbourne delivery — include your suburb/postcode
• For corporate orders: logo or branding assets if required
